Order confirmation :

Payment is due upon ordering. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the order, and the applicable deadlines take effect on the day of receipt thereof.

Proof of Transaction:


The computerized forms and e-mails exchanged, kept in the computer systems of SASU Cadres Rousseau,   under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. . Archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.


Product Information:


The SASU Cadres Rousseau  presents  on its website the products for sale with the necessary characteristics. Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides the possibility for the potential consumer to know before taking the final order the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to buy.


Prices :


The price of frames on the site is not entered voluntarily. It is up to the customer to request and provide the necessary information to allow the Rousseau Frames workshop to establish an estimate with the price of the frames corresponding to their style, measurements and delivery.  The delivery costs are  invoiced in addition, and indicated before the validation of the order. The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically passed on to the price of the products. Payment of the full price must be made upon delivery (i.e. the remaining 70% after payment of the deposit). The prices are given as an indication, subject to available stocks and can be modified at any time and without notice.


Payment method :


To pay for his order, the consumer has, at his option, all the payment methods referred to in the order form. Either by chèque label and to send to "Rousseau Frames, Le Méjean - Place called Labarthe, 33890 Pessac sur Dodogne". Terms and Prices de Delivery:


The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.  The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon delivery and report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, "broken or damaged goods" as well as to SASU Cadres Rousseau. The customer  can, at his explicit and written request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address. As far as shipping is concerned, we work with different carriers depending on the place of delivery (Paris, national delivery or international). However, it is possible, as in any expedition, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product may get lost. In the event of late delivery in relation to the date that we have indicated to you in the dispatch email, we ask that you notify us of this delay by calling us by telephone or by sending us an email. We will then contact the carrier to do a search.

The delivery price varies according to the quantity of frames ordered, their measurements and their weight.  The price includes packaging and shipping costs for the item(s) ordered. For other EEC countries, as well as for non-standard dimensions, please contact us by email



1- In case of absence during the delivery, a transit advice note will be delivered to you in your mailbox inviting you to contact the carrier for a new delivery. The parcels are kept for about ten days. If you do not respond, the package will be returned to us. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, as well as the cost of returning to the Rousseau Frames workshop.

2- In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address (missing door code etc.) you will be notified by email or telephone, and invited to contact the carrier to provide him with the necessary information for a new delivery. In the event of no response, the parcel is returned to us. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, as well as the cost of returning to the Rousseau Frames workshop.


Delivery Problems Caused by the Carrier:


Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of handwritten reservations "damaged or/and broken goods", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) working days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints. As the recipient of the package, you are responsible for damage occurring during transport, unless on delivery you:

1- You specified on the signed receipt "damaged goods"   (have these reservations countersigned by the delivery person)

2- If the package has visible damage (damaged cardboard, wet, breaking noise, etc.), refuse the package mentioning "damaged goods"

3- If you have checked the contents of the package,   the goods are damaged, and you mentioned it on the receipt.


Without respecting this procedure, we will not be able to take responsibility for, or open a dispute file, for the replacement of the damaged goods, so we count on your understanding.


Delivery Errors:

1-  The consumer must submit to SASU Cadres Rousseau,   the same day of delivery or no later than the first working day following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the order form. Any complaint made after this period will be rejected.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the customer in the return form.


Order cancellation :

We reserve the right to cancel all orders:

1-  In case of questionable or unrealizable dimensions

2-  In case of out of stock or too long delays. In any case, we will refund your entire order as soon as possible.
